🔹 Our Business Model

BuyandBring functions as an aggregator service — bringing together global commerce and logistics infrastructure into a single, seamless experience for our customers. When you place an order through BuyandBring, our trusted international logistics partners handle the backend operations: warehousing, shipping, customs handling, and last-mile delivery. This partnership allows us to provide personalized delivery addresses in over 40 countries, giving you access to global shopping like never before.

⚠️ Important: All operational processes, including shipment handling, export/import clearance, and airfreight, are managed by our global logistics network partners under BuyandBring's service umbrella. Customers interact solely with BuyandBring for purchases, support, and deliveries — and are not required to engage with any third-party logistics providers directly.

📄 Standard Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BuyandBring’s services. By registering with us or placing an order through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following:

1. Definitions

• “Shipment”: Refers to all items transported under one tracking number, which may be carried by air, land, or sea as per our logistics partner’s discretion. Each shipment is subject to limited liability.
• “Goods”: Any merchandise or parcel that you request BuyandBring to purchase or ship on your behalf.
• “Dangerous Goods”: Includes but is not limited to hazardous, explosive, flammable, or restricted items. For full list, refer to Unacceptable Items List.
• “Government Authorities”: All regulatory bodies that govern import/export, including Customs, Revenue Departments, and Ministry of Commerce or Health.

2. Global Operations (Aggregated Model)

BuyandBring operates on a global fulfillment partnership model. While we consolidate customer service, payments, and order tracking under our brand, our backend logistics partner(s) handle the shipment process from origin country to delivery in Bangladesh. This includes:

• Allocation of international delivery addresses
• Consolidation of shipments
• Cross-border shipping
• Customs clearance
• Delivery to your provided address in Bangladesh

3. Prohibited Items

You agree not to use BuyandBring services for shipping prohibited items, including but not limited to:

• Live animals or animal by-products
• Weapons or weapon accessories
• Counterfeit goods
• Toxic, flammable, or explosive materials
• Government-issued IDs and sensitive documents
• Perishable food and unauthorized medical supplements

4. Risk and Liability

• All shipments are transported on a limited liability basis
• BuyandBring or its logistics partner(s) are not liable for delays caused by customs, regulatory holds, weather, or force majeure
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your shipment information and compliance with import laws of Bangladesh

5. Fees and Charges

• Shipping fees are based on weight, destination, and service level
• Additional charges may apply for customs duties, taxes, or regulatory clearances
• BuyandBring will notify you of any due charges before final delivery

6. Account Responsibility

• Provide accurate information
• Use your account for lawful purchases only
• Accept responsibility for all actions taken under your account

7. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka.

💳 Payment Options

• Pay Now: Receive shipment fee notifications and pay manually before final delivery.
• Auto-Pay: Automatically charged via saved credit/debit card or PayPal.

Failure to pay within 30 days may result in the item being managed as Uncollected Goods (disposal, return, or auction).

🧾 Customer Representations and Undertakings

11. No Illegal Use

You undertake not to use BuyandBring services for unlawful, immoral, or fraudulent purposes.

12. Items We Cannot Ship

• Hazardous materials (per IATA, ICAO)
• Firearms, currency, art, animals, pornography, antiques
• Falsified IDs or government items

Violation may result in confiscation, destruction, or report to authorities. You are solely responsible for compliance.

13. Wildlife or Animal-Based Products

From the US, such items may be seized by customs. No reimbursement is provided.

14. Restricted Businesses

Shipments related to arms, pornography, or sanctioned countries are strictly prohibited.

15. Blacklisted Persons

You must not appear on any government or international denied parties list.

16. Documentation Requirements

Provide export declarations, invoices, and identification as needed. You are fully responsible for their accuracy.

17. Purpose of Your Account

Your addresses are only for delivery use. Misuse may result in deactivation.

18. Name & Address Accuracy

We only process shipments exactly matching your registered name/address. Errors may lead to unclaimed goods and fees.

19. Account Security

You are responsible for your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

🛡️ Indemnification and Warranty

20–21. Your Responsibilities

You agree that all info provided is accurate. You will hold BuyandBring harmless against claims due to postal failure, customs issues, misdeclaration, or regulation violations.

22–23. Limitations

We are not responsible for penalties due to customs impoundment or your breach of terms. You are responsible for all related costs or damages.

📉 Limitation of Liability

• 24. Liability applies only while BuyandBring has direct control over your shipment.
• 25–26. Claims due to international air/road transport fall under carrier liability. BuyandBring may assist but is not liable.
• 27. Maximum compensation: lower of item value or USD $100 per shipment.
• 28. Conventions or treaties with higher limits apply where valid.
• 29. Loss/damage must be reported within 7 days. Legal claims must start within 90 days.
• 30. Additional protection available unless opted out.
• 31. Bangladeshi laws such as Consumer Rights Act and Digital Security Act apply.
• 32. For Accountable Mail, max liability is USD $100 or item value.
• 33. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

🌪️ Force Majeure

BuyandBring is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, power failures, labor strikes, pandemics, or service interruptions.

🔒 Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We ensure responsible data handling in line with legal requirements.

📝 Changes to Terms & Fees

• 36. Terms may change at any time without notice. Continued use means acceptance.
• 37. Fees, shipping frequency, and services may also change at BuyandBring’s discretion.

🔚 Termination

• 38. BuyandBring may terminate accounts for good cause (e.g., fraud, unpaid dues, policy violations).
• 39–40. Actions by authorized users count as yours. Suspicious activity can result in immediate termination.
• 41. Users can request account termination with 30 days’ notice. Incoming packages will be rejected thereafter.

📦 Miscellaneous

• 42. We may discard or donate goods due to non-payment, account inactivity, or regulatory issues.
• 43. Freight confirmation must be made within 7 days or shipment proceeds by default.
• 44. Non-payment may lead to disposal or auction of your shipment.
• 45–48. Legal notices go to your registered email. Terms governed by Bangladesh law. Any unenforceable clause will not affect the rest of the agreement.

🚀 Flex Service – Additional Terms

Applies to Flex subscribers in addition to standard terms:

• 12-month plan with optional auto-renewal
• Refund within 30 days if less than 3 shipments completed
• Prorated refund if BuyandBring terminates without cause
• BuyandBring can suspend Flex privileges for abuse or violation

🔄 BuyandBring Flex Service – Terms & Conditions

1. Description of Flex Services

BuyandBring Flex members receive exclusive discounts, shipping benefits, and other value‑added services (“Benefits”) as outlined in the Flex plan.

• a. Current Flex Benefits are listed on buyandbring.online in the membership plans section.
• b. Benefits may be changed, modified, substituted, or discontinued at BuyandBring’s sole discretion without notice. Accuracy or currency of benefit details is not guaranteed.

2. Membership Term & Renewals

Flex membership lasts twelve (12) months from activation. Members may enable auto‑renewal for uninterrupted benefits; otherwise, renewal must be completed manually at expiry.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• (a) Annual Subscription Fee: Charged in advance (VAT inclusive) to your registered payment method upon signup and annually thereafter if auto‑renewal is active.
• (b) Renewal Charges: Auto‑renewal bills the annual fee at each term’s end. Failed payments deactivate Flex benefits until resolved.
• (c) Taxes: Members are responsible for all taxes, duties, and import VAT. BuyandBring may collect these at checkout or billing.
• (d) Changes: BuyandBring may revise pricing, billing methods, or taxes at any time. Updates to auto‑renewed plans take effect next cycle following written notice.

4. Member Responsibilities

• Read and understand BuyandBring Terms & Conditions and Flex‑specific billing.
• Flex membership is personal, non‑transferable, and for non‑commercial use only.
• Do not share Flex‑exclusive benefits or proprietary information with third parties.
• You are responsible for any taxes arising from use of Benefits.

5. Cancellation & Termination

• (a) New Members: Full refund if cancelled within 30 days of activation and 1–3 shipments completed. No refunds beyond 30‑day window or if criteria unmet.
• (b) Upgrades: Same refund policy applies when upgrading to Flex; account reverts to standard plan upon cancellation.
• (c) Termination by BuyandBring: BuyandBring may suspend or terminate Flex at any time for abuse, policy violation, or misuse. If terminated without cause, a prorated refund may be issued at BuyandBring’s discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

BuyandBring and its partners make no express or implied warranties regarding Flex or its Benefits. Services are provided “as is.” All warranties—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy—are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. No advice or information from BuyandBring (oral or written) creates any warranty not expressly stated herein.
